1) go to BlogTalkRadio.com and surf around looking for people who want to do interviews. Mine was done for extraordinary women. But you may find someone offering to do interviews for your type of book and topic.

2) Do a search for Susan Whitfield on this site and see if she would be interested in interviewing you. If she's not overloaded already, she would put you on her blog. It wouldn't be live, but she's a real go-getter too.

You can always google around and see who's doing interviews and if they fit your book.

Do you have some kind of inside scoop on getting interviews set up for book promos?
I'm available to do interviews again now. (I was out of the scene for 2 years because of a Brain Anneurysm I had in '07.) And I'm excited to get things rockin again!
