About Val's Diary

This book is my first self-published book. It's a book of poems about domestic violence, abusive relationships, being brought up by a single mom, mainly my opening to my future readers into my life and some of the things that I have been through.

If you have ever found yourself in a domestic situation and still seem to be suffering from that, reading my book gives you many ways to help get you to that next step in your life if your open to the ideas. I want women to be stronger and learn to grow from the things that have hurt us. We sometimes harbor those feelings and can make our lives mentally unhealthy.
