Ancient Religion?

Buddhism is not antiquated

as claimed by some so-called scholars.

It talked about pension fund  2500 years ago

Only the terminology used was different

The Buddha used the phrase “rainy days”

He recommended 25% of a person’s earning

must be saved for rainy days.

Can you find another teacher

who proclaimed that his followers

would be equal to him

in status ?

Can you find another teacher

who proclaimed that

to protect other religion

is to protect your own religion?

Buddhism welcomes scientific probe

We don’t curse the scientists and

condemn them for questioning

our religion.

We welcome them.

The scientists may ask

any question he wishes

When there is no answer

Buddhism is in no way weakened.
