Angel Zapata starts a new Horror series with Trestle Press

Here is low down on what you can expect from this new horror series hosted by Trestle Press:

  Volume One of THE MAN OF SHADOWS:

“The Mouth of Babes,” is a visceral tale of streetwalkers and addicts, morbid voyeurs, cannibalistic tattoos, and witchcraft. Jimmy only wants another photograph for his online Death Images website. But when his good friend, Steve calls him down to the morgue to see a body with a strange tattoo of a mouth on her abdomen, he learns that sometimes the dead have incurable appetites.

In “Yours and Mine,” the classic game of show me yours and I’ll show you mine has never been as dangerous. Brian got a good look at what the girls wanted to show him, but he’s having second thoughts about exposing himself.

Larry receives an anonymous package in the mail, and the crystal ball inside has some frightening things to show him in the fortuitous tale, “An Inverted View of Wives.”

“Fingered” is a reunion of the dead kind.

Demonic activity at the Nale residence has Lucy quitting her job as at-home nurse in “Tooth and Nale.”

It’s “Halloween, 2032” and the future has become an intangible world for Rachel and her family.

“Wishbone” proves wishes do come true for innocent, little boys.

Mike is stuck having to “Feed It Some More” in this paternal nightmare.
