As I promised in my last tip, here's another great
fill-in-the-blank formula you can use to create a show pitch
that is guaranteed to grab a producer's attention virtually every

* Pitch Formula: "How to ________ without ____________"

And here's a couple of examples of how you might apply it:

> Show Pitch: "How to stay up to date on all the latest news,
without watching TV, reading the paper or listening to the radio"

> Show Pitch: "How to bulletproof yourself from an audit ...
without hiring an expensive tax attorney"


I like to call this one the "f-r-e-e lunch" formula. Everybody
loves to get something for nothing ... and if you can show them
how, producers will beat a path to your door.
