Hi everyone,

I found out about the Book Marketing Network from the book "How to Promote Market and Sell Your Kindle Book" by Omar Johnson. Some great advice in that book.

I am very excited about self-publishing, in the same way that I became an internet nerd back in the 90's when I was lucky enough to find out about it through a friend who worked for GTE Networks and got me online very early on. Before that, I was an active amateur radio operator (extra class). I was enthralled with the concept of communicating with strangers all around the world. 

I have spent many years doing SEO and online marketing consulting. I have worked with dozens of large and well-known companies over the years. I'm maybe not as good at promoting myself.

It is a pretty specialized niche. I am promoting it via some SEO related LinkedIn groups right now and I am also setting up an ad campaign on Amazon to target those who are looking at similar books. Any other hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
