... how to set up a place where all of us members could contribute to a master list - perhaps with categories to help people find what they most want

Not update, John, rather a central Master Listing of Resources, perhaps self-organizing - that is that members here can contribute links to it, under the best category

Hm, I haven't seen where you asked me, but it must have been in an email. I have all sorts of master lists already on my http://www.bookmarket.com website. If you think that things need to be updated on my website -- or expanded -- I'd welcome any assistance from Book Marketing Network members.
