Bios:
Jay Chollick
Jay Chollick born 1995, to poetry, that is--has an aversion to formal bios. A frequent featured performer at venues throughout New York City and its environs, he is the Poet Laureate of the Saturn Series and Poet Local Laureate of A Shout Out at Otto's Shrunken Head. His poetry has appeared on-line at Poetz.com, theshoutoutatottos.blogspot.com, Poetry Central and Big City Lit, and is included in the anthology Cat Breath, edited by Miriam Stanley among many other places. (But don't let these "dull facts" interfere with your enjoyment of his poetry which is hardly the "same old same old.")
Karen Neuberg
Karen Neuberg’s chapbook, Detailed Still, is available from Poets Wear Prada Press (2009). Her poems have appeared in DIAGRAM, Ditch, Elimae, and others. She’s a Pushcart and Best of the Net nominee, holds an MFA from the New School and lives with her husband in Brooklyn and West Hurley, NY.
Allan David Goldschmidt
Allan David Goldschmidt is a multi-talented artist. He is in the process of publishing his third book with Roxanne Hoffman of Poets Wear Prada Press, complete with his own graphics. He is also an accomplished flutist and Japanese Shakuhachi player. He's been published in a slew of poetry journals and has appeared as a feature reader in various venues throughout the tri-state area and elsewhere in the USA. He's a true Renaissance Man.
Carol Wierzbicki
Carol Wierzbicki has run poetry readings at ABC No Rio and elsewhere in NYC. Her publication credits include Long Shot, Public Illumination, and Evergreen Review. She belongs to the Unbearables, and is one of the editors of the Unbearables anthology, The Worst Book I Ever Read (Autonomedia, 2009). She edited and self-published Stories from the Infirmary (Universal Publishers, 1999), and poetry chapbook The Occupations. Her second chapbook is Top Teen Greatest Hits (Poets Wear Prada, 2009). Her book reviews have appeared in The Brooklyn Rail and American Book Review.
