SCHLEP is PUBLISHED!

I know it’s been a while since I have updated this blog, but really I have been so busy with the proofing process and the publishing process that I don’t have time to
keep abreast at all the sites I’ve been blogging and bragging on…I realized
that I forgot to post something here about THE PRE-SALE of the book available
through my website at www.dphilipchalmers.net
and if you buy it there before September 1^st you can get a limited
edition autographed copy! The book, “SCHLEP” (ISBN#978-1449980986), is also available
at www.amazon.com and other on-line
distributors; wider release into “brick and mortar” stores will happen sometime
in August. We are currently developing a performance piece for the “live book
reading” events which will start in late June and cumulate with a book tour
(hopefully) in September. I am really excited about this stuff and I hope to
share some of my enthusiasm with you!

In other news, there’s not much to report on really…the family is doing fine, everybody is well and though we’re not planning a lot for the summer, everybody is glad it’s finally here! The
kids have been out of school for a couple of days and the wifey is taking her
two weeks vacation next week, so now is as good a time as any to update this
blog and say hello…I have been keeping a regular blog at www.blogster.com/dphilip if you’re
interested in reading something more regular, but rest assured, I’ll try to pay
more attention to this old blog on www.myspace.com/dphilip
too! Perhaps my next post will be a bunch of photos…stay tuned!
