“The American Revolution – Redux” is a satirical look at the American political environment from tea parties and healthcare town hall meetings to a Presidential address to a joint session of Congress.

A new, popular and handsome President has been elected and immediately orders the implementation of Plan Anaconda, setting in motion his hidden agenda, to nationalize the American economy.

As the financial and automotive sectors fall, and are immediately taken over by the Government, the final operation has begun, to nationalize the American Healthcare system in order to implement a nation-wide ID scheme for every man, woman and child.

Johnnie Dough, a typical unemployed American, down on his luck and believing that a Government-sponsored system of healthcare is a good idea, finally finds a job, working as a technical writer for the Marine Corps, in their Simulation Center, where he stumbles upon the Government’s entire plan. Terrified for his own safety, he attends a healthcare town hall meeting where he turns to Pat Henry for help, a senior citizen critical of the Government’s intentions and founder of the growing Shoehorn Party, representing the millions of Independent voters who’ve lost confidence in their Government as well as both political parties.

Johnnie’s paranoia turns out to be true when the administration secretly detains him, torturing him into telling all he knows about the Shoehorn party as Pat Henry, Jim Madison, Natty Hale, and his good friend AJ, try to free him and inadvertently begin a second American revolution, all unaware that someone outside the Government has been secretly pulling the strings all along.
