The Root Cause of All Cancer
By Leonard Coldwell, NMD, PhD www.drleonardcoldwell.com
My childhood memories are filled with feelings of desperation as I listened to my
mother’s screams, emergency doctors coming and going from our house. In fact,
every day, the first thing I did when I came home from school was run to my
mother’s room to check that she was still alive. She had been diagnosed with liver
cancer in the terminal stage and told that there was no hope. She was given two
years maximum to live. I was petrified. My fear fueled my ambition to find a cure
for my mother’s cancer. And so began the driving force that led me to become one
of the leading experts on cancer and stress-related illness. It took years of trial and
error, studying every kind of therapy imaginable, but in the end I cured my mother,
who is alive and well thirty-six years later. Unfortunately, in the meantime, I watched
my beloved grandmother, father, and seven siblings of my mother die from cancer
or some other so-called incurable disease.
I started my quest to find the answer to cancer by studying every successful
healing technique worldwide, and I learned about all the alternative or natural forms
of healing available. I discovered why people got cancer and how they got healthy
after they had it, and why others just died. And so I became one of the leading
experts for cancer in Europe long before I graduated from medical/naturopathic
medical school.
I then specialized as a general physician in cancer with a particular emphasis on
cancer patients who had been deemed incurable by their physicians. Working with
these people, I learned that there is always hope, there is always a way, and there will
always be patients that will regain their health, no matter what the diagnosis or
obstacles. Most importantly, I learned that I was not the healer, I was only the
conduit for my patient to pass on the knowledge and tools and training he or she
needed to reactivate the immune system and stimulate self-healing powers so that
the patient could achieve optimum health.
The bottom line, and the most important lesson I learned from working with
over 35,000 patients with so-called incurable diseases, is that nobody can cure
anybody; only the sick can cure themselves.
There is no magic bullet or fountain of youth, nor are there any shortcuts to
lifelong health and happiness. We must take charge of our health. We are
responsible for our past decisions, actions, or lack of action. Most of us are
challenged looking at the health situation we created, but it is never too late. It is
only important to act now, before it gets tougher.
We are not failures because we are sick, unfit, or overweight. We just learned to
use the powers of our brains, bodies, and immune systems in the wrong way. All too
often, we are brainwashed by the media or misled by people to believe or do the
wrong thing. But the good news is that there is always hope. From now on, you just
need to act smarter. Make the decision to take charge of your life, happiness, and
health right now! Make the commitment to live up to your potential and create the
health you deserve.
The Dr. Coldwell System
In my opinion, all illness comes from lack of energy, and the greatest energy
drainer is mental and emotional stress, which I believe to be the root cause of all
illness. Stress is one of the major elements that can erode energy to such a large and
permanent extent that the immune system loses all possibility of functioning at an
optimum level.
I am referring to the mental and emotional stress that is caused by continuous
and/or long-term compromises against yourself. These vary from person to person,
but some examples include living in unbearable relationships and marriages, doing
jobs you hate or hating your boss, or experiencing problems with family, all of
which lead to you compromising your sense of self. Emotional and mental stress
comes from living with feelings of constant fear, doubt, hopelessness, lack of self-esteem,
worry, and, most of all, always compromising your inner feelings, instincts,
and personal needs.
The solution is to start by defining what it is in your life that keeps you from
feeling happy. Can you answer the question of why you don’t respect yourself
enough? Or love yourself? Now identify what needs to change or happen in your
life to make you feel good about yourself and your personal environment. What is it
that you don’t want to do, accept, or take anymore from yourself, your spouse, your
children, your boss, or your coworkers? Is there someone in your life that makes
you feel badly that needs to go? What are your wildest dreams and goals?
your life, what is it that always takes away your energy, and where do you
compromise your personal needs and feelings? Identify everything in your life that
keeps you from being your true self, and start working on the development of the
true you! This is the first and most important step toward achieving optimum health
and happiness. And remember that happiness and hope are the most powerful
healers and energy creators in your life. Pay attention to your instincts, listen to your
inner voice, and start loving and respecting yourself so that you behave according to
your true personality.
If you do not live your life according to your needs, you will get or stay stressed,
which will reduce your energy and eventually produce an illness. You are the only
one who can change your life and improve your health. So start today by defining,
creating, and living your life the way you believe is right and good for you.
Create your own self-healing system:
1. Identify life situations that drain you, make you feel uncomfortable, and make
you feel stressed, weak, or unhappy, and find a way to change these negative
situations. Use my CDs see www.drleonardcoldwell.com
2. Breath effectively into your stomach below your belly bottom. Inhale four
seconds through your nose, and exhale eleven seconds through your mouth ten
times in a row and at least three times a day. Also, inhale four seconds, hold
your breath for sixteen seconds, and exhale eight minutes though your mouth
ten times in a row at least three times a day.
3. Create your own destressing program. Escape twice a day for ten to fifteen
minutes mentally to a place in nature where you feel free safe and comfortable.
Break the daily stress cycle because stress is not the problem; rather, it is
ongoing stress that is causing the damage. www.instinctbasedmedicine.com
4. Get detoxified twice a year with a good colon, liver, kidney, heavy metal, and
chemical cleanse, and use essiac capsules or tea once a year if you don’t feel
right. Or just do the BePureCleanse see www.instinctbasedmedicine.com
5. Drink a gallon of water a day, and have half a teaspoon of sea salt with it. Also,
take good coral calcium. Safes and effective: www.awesomesupplements.com
6. Do aerobic exercise for at least twenty minutes three times a week (just walking
is fine).
7. Eat as many fresh vegetables and fruits as possible, and get a juicer—and use it.

Hey sweetie thank you so much. Of course prayer is a very important tool but we always have to do our part too and not just be arrogant and think God has to clean up the mess we created in our own bodys. But when I treated my mother I prayed and prayed and prayed and believe me it worked.

Your words of wisdom are much appreciated. I have already started the breathing exercises.
I recently lost a dear friend to cancer of several organs. She left three young children behind with the eldest about to enter high school. Only if more people knew you and of the methods given above.
I also believe in the power of prayer for healing along with treating our bodies right. Thank you for sharing. P. S. Tell your mother hello for me!
