Two Book Giveaways: A Children’s Book and a Sweet Romance

1. Book Giveaway for Children’s book by Author Gail Westover

Book Give-Away Oct 8 - 15: You have a chance to win a children’s book, If Horses Had Feathers and Pigs Could Fly OR Mrs. Mouse's Garden Party in Giggleswick Village.

Mrs. Mouse’s Garden Party in Giggleswick Village is the first book of the Giggleswick Village series. The book teaches children that it’s ok to be themselves and to make the best out of a plan that goes wrong. Each book will teach life’s early lessons. The next book will be about bullying.

If Horses Had Feathers and Pigs Could Fly sounds silly, and that’s a good thing, because the entire book is silly. Kids laugh as they learn to use their imagination, when they read about the horse that has wings, the duck that flies upside down, and the little boy who is on the ground squinting his eyes at them. It’s a wonderful “feel good book” and is perfect for bedtime because it leaves them with happy thoughts that will encourage pleasant dreams.

2. Book Giveaway for Sweet Romance by Author Linda Weaver Clarke

Happily Ever After Book Giveaway Oct 8 - 14: You have a chance to win a sweet romance, Elena, Woman of Courage. Adventure... Humor… Romance… Courage!

Elena, Woman of Courage takes place during the “Roaring Twenties.” It was a time of great change, when women raised their hemlines and bobbed their hair. When Elena settles into a strict conservative town as the newest doctor, a slew of problems begin to arise. The town is not ready for a female doctor, let alone one so strong and independent. Elena Yeates, the town’s newest doctor, must struggle to prove herself in this western town, while keeping her composure, poise, and femininity. As she fights to prove herself, the town’s most eligible bachelor finds it a challenge to see if he can win her heart. With the 1920’s rise of women’s rights, this novel gives you great insight at the struggles women had to go through, all the while watching a young love blossom!
