Why I Wrote HIS NAME FOREVER: The Story Behind the Name of "God"

I am often asked why did I write HIS NAME FOREVER: The Story Behind the Name of God.  Did I want to sell books and make a name for myself?  Yes and no

Yes, I wanted to sell books but not so much for getting rich.  I want lots of book sales just so that the book can get into as many hands as is possible.  If I could afford to just give the books away free, I would.  Unfortunately, I can not afford to do that.  Sorry.

And No, it is not important to me to make a name for myself.  It is more important to me that the name of the Heavenly Father is known and revered especially by those who say they worship Him.  It is important to Him that His name is known.

One of the reasons why I took the time to write HIS NAME FOREVER: The Story Behind the Name of God, was because I wanted to educate others on some not so well-known facts. There really are some interesting events which occurred in the course of history that brought us to this point where this oh-so-important name is rarely used.

As readers read through each chapter, they will get a sense of history and a new awareness of the Most High from the way He presented Himself to the Israelites.  Readers will see that the unchanging Power that they worship is still the same as He was thousands of years ago.  It was actually the acts and understanding of people that changed the way we communicated with Him and about Him.  His desire remains that all people know Him, and yes, His name, and worship Him alone.

Be blessed.
