Mary ... For your problem loading a video, I can't help. I don't know anything about the background software or support. That's Ning's job. Try contacting Ning.

If you now have a video you don't want up here, you should be able to delete it from your page. That's a fairly simple process. Click on the video on your page. Ning will bring up a page featuring that video. On the right side is a red x mark that allows you to delete the video.
