Hi Angie, If you see sites with bonus offers, and the site owner created them, ask if they would like to donate a copy for your book launch. Also take a look at buying resell rights to ebooks that compliment - if your book is in the Internet Marketing or sales field - I can even provide you with a free bonus gift. Just let me know.
