Angels, the Economy, Iran, the President, Blackmail & Murder

About my Novel; Angels: A Story About Fannie & Freddie,
the President, Blackmail and Murder
People want to and need to believe in angels. This is a story of hope, faithfulness, answered prayer and redemption. Matt is far from perfect. He is a faithful praying believer who struggles every day with the same temptations we all do. This is a love story between a married couple with three children, taking them from their college days to almost 50 years old.
This story is political and I have pulled current national concerns into it, along with various personalities that all Americans are familiar with. I have portrayed some as the caricatures that I believe they really are. I have lived parts of this story and some events are my actual experiences. Matt Davidson’s business problems are taken to the extremes that many real estate investors find themselves dealing with today. I consider myself an expert in my segment of the real estate market and I know firsthand the reality of what the credit and banking crisis has done to the American real estate market. This story was inspired by today’s economic and political climate. Most Americans have been affected by this crisis and they will be able to relate to this story.
I always loved the image of angels as mighty warriors and protectors. My “what if” questions are - what if a man could see angels everyday out in his daily life? What would he see and how would he deal with it? Who could he tell without being thought of as crazy? Most importantly - what would be God’s purpose for allowing a man to see His heavenly created beings?
“Angels:” Is a story that says God is faithful and he is still in control of our leaders in Washington, no matter who lives in the White House.
