One Sleepy Aussie

Life seems to be running amok lately and all I can do is drink as much coffee as possible (because we all know Australia is where you get the best coffee...don't we?) and try to stay awake enough to get my work done.

Even with the Queen's Birthday long weekend in full swing, I still can't seem to be able to get the right amount of rest so as to have a fully functioning, happy day.

So if I owe you anything, didn't say hello when you did, or something other than that which would paint me as a mean, lazy woman, be assured it's not intentional and that I'm getting work done as fast as my brain can handle it.

In other news, I have learned the value of writing something completely out of the norm in an effort to jog my creative writing. It seems to have worked well, and I have created something I'm planning on submitting.

Thank goodness for small favors, yes?
