- Something About Me and My Book:
- Barbara Henry here, I am a former high school English teacher who taught all levels of Junior and Senior English; this includes:AP(Advanced Placement), Honors, Regular,and Basic English.
Although I loved teaching because it gave me many opportunities to empower teenagers by helping them to become life-long independent learners, I retired in 2007, several years early, to pursue my passion of writing.
Since retiring, I have written and published one book, Journaling:Twenty Plus Reasons Why You Should Start Now, and I have almost completed a book of poems, highlighting personal development, and spirituality. The book is entitled "Coming Full Circle," and its publication is set for early 2011.
