Something About Me and My Book:: The author, Dan Amzallag was certified by the Weider Institute of Health, in Montreal, Canada in 1992 and in 2003 was awarded a Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, in Washington DC, in recognition of his professional experience in the field. He also has nine years of experience in the fields of kinesiology, resistance and cardiovascular training. Dan Amzallag is the author of two other books: The American Dream and Gloateus Maximus which were highly acclaimed in the United States.
