Profile Information

Something About Me and My Book:: I am Apostle J. Vernon Duncan, Senior Pastor of Divine Encounter Fellowship Ministries International, with headquarters in D’Abadie, Trinidad West Indies. I founded this ministry in 1991 and has been the senior pastor for the past sixteen years. I am one of the more well-known apostles from the Caribbean, providing apostolic covering for several branches and associated churches throughout Trinidad and Tobago, and other Caribbean nations, including Guyana, Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Lucia and St. Vincent. I have also established branch churches in Kenya, Uganda, Canada and the United States.
I am founder and chief coordinator of the National Network of Intercessors in Trinidad and Tobago, and also the founder and president of the Zakar Man Movement, now revolutionizing the lives of men throughout the Caribbean and around the world.
As to my qualifications, I hold two masters degrees—in Agricultural Economics and Biblical Studies—and am also presently enrolled in the PhD. program in Religious Studies at Trinity Theological Seminary, Indiana, United States. I have also taught Biblical Hebrew modules at the West Indies School of Theology, and have also written several other books. I have also produced four gospel albums so far, and won major Gospel musical awards. He is married to Joycelyn for the past thirty-two years and is the father of three children Simone, Verneille and Curtis. My philosophy is that true life in Christ is always dynamic, characterized by continuous change from glory to glory into His very image.
