Something About Me and My Book:: I am the co-author of the new book, Feeding the Kids: The Flexible, No-Battles, Healthy Eating System for the Whole Family. With a background in research science and education, I teamed up with a well-known dietitian and a nurse to create a system for feeding children healthy food in a way that is practical, fun and focuses on truly enjoying eating. I am also the mother of two kids.
