A Guide to Healthy Eating - Tanya Frew
I recommended this book because it is one of the best cookery books out this year. This book has over 200 healthy, simply and delicious dishes suitable for all ages, except babies... And all types of eaters. Another great thing about this book is that, it has 4 main sections - unlike most other books. Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner/deserts and tasty treats and a health information section, regarding the benefit of some of the primary ingredients used in the dishes.
Most people say it is a great one to have, so I therefore recommend it.
Profit from this book helps to support BBC Children in need and Kids in Need Jamaica.
-to provide food-clothes-shelter-schooling for young kids with no hope, and too poor to manage on their own.
This book donates £1 from every paperback + .30p from every ebook copy to BBC Children in need appeal & £1 from every paperback & .50p from every ebook copy to Kids in need Jamaica
Nice to e-meet you. I like your page. I was wondering how to design my page. That message saying that I would lose all "CSS" ?? I don't understand. I asked Cheyenne to shed some light. Whichever one provides the info, that's ok.
