Something About Me and My Book:: This book is written with health in mind. All the recipes are being placed in this book to help promote healthy eating. At times it may seems difficult to prepare healthy meals, without realising just how simple and easy it can be to throw a few healthy ingredients into our shopping baskets, and then into the sauce pans to create something equally as delightful and tasty, as what we enjoy eating from others; whether others may be restaurants, family or friends. It is very easy if we just know how to do it. This book is a guide to aid you in preparing healthy and happy “do it myself meals”.

In this book you will find a variety of different dishes, some are taken from various countries around the world. Dishes vary from honey jams and breakfast dishes to lunch, dinner and desert. With two things in mind, “health and wealth of great taste”; it is of great hope that you will enjoy these very tasty dishes. Some dishes may be quite unique, though tasty and enjoyable.

This book is designed for all types of eaters, vegans, pescetarians and omnivores.

I recommended this book because it is one of the best cookery books out this year. This book has over 200 healthy, simply and delicious dishes suitable for all ages, except babies... And all types of eaters. Another great thing about this book is that, it has 4 main sections - unlike most other books. Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner/deserts and tasty treats and a health information section, regarding the benefit of some of the primary ingredients used in the dishes.

Most people say it is a great one to have, so I therefore recommend it.
