At 6:44am on December 4, 2009, Ted Jordan said…: I am told that Cinnamon and natural honey works wonders for your challenge. Take 1tablespoon mix with honey everyday. It will also help a lot of other issues that are going on internally. Because Cinnamon is so strong, I just take it and mix it in a bottle water, about 10 oz shake it up good and down it as fast a possible. Trust me, you'll get use to it. then take a teaspoon of honey as a chaser : ) For more info, look up cinnamon/honey cures on the net.
