Something About Me and My Book:
On December 12, 1978, a baby girl name Tomeka Mitchell was born at MCV Hospital in Virginia. Tomeka was then raised by her mother in one of the worse projects in Richmond, called Afton Ave. This is where she attended the school of hard knocks, learning street economics, while dropping out of public school. Tomeka always wanted to do the right thing, but living in a particular place with particular people it was hard to focus on doing the right thing with out getting caught up into doing what was wrong, however, Tomeka managed to gain strength and determination in areas where her life depended upon it. In the year of 2005 Tomeka lost a baby to an ectopic pregnancy, which encouraged her to write Inspirational poems, prayers and then short stories. Later on that year Tomeka was awarded custody of her two nieces, then she began to attend public schools again, an although she was to late to obtain a diploma she still managed to obtain a GED in 9 weeks making her eligible to Graduate with the class of 2006. She eventually attended a Community College in 2007while working for the public school system, where she was encouraged to focus on her career as a writer.

Dear Reader:

Welcome to a world of Dangerous Emotions. I have been contemplating on writing a series of short stories for some time now. In this first novel I present to you a series of fictional characters with real life situations and stories. However, some stories are completely fiction, although this novel has been cleverly written to hide the identity of real people and real life situations that I’ve observed throughout my childhood years on up till now, “an” any names or similarities are a complete coincidence. In this novel you’ll find a world of, drama, murder, greed, deception, love, hate, envy, and revenge, followed by short but sweet poems and prayers. ” For every lost soul needs a prayer”. “An” although I said I wouldn’t, I’m going to give you a small clue of what my novel is all about.

Let me introduce to you a couple of my favorite characters, for starters I bring to you, Tamara Monet, a very dominate, independent, caring woman, who has suffered a lot throughout her childhood, who finds herself trapped in a world of lies and deceit; And now it’s time for her to find herself, by letting go of all the negative baggage she’s carrying, in which is very hard for her to do with all the added baggage that will simply break her all the way down in order for her find her mission in life.

Now I would like to present a very exciting character by the name of Michael Paul, who’s an ex-convict, trying to start his life over with a clean slate, but is gradually pushed towards a dangerous lifestyle and a lot of people who would love to see his downfall, but that’s all for now, you’ll have to read the book to get the real juice. Don’t you just love a good book? I really think you’ll love part one. So stay with me for part -two, I can guarantee that my 10-part series of novels will keep you on the edge of your seat, as if it was a movie you were watching on television, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
