As my writing career has taken off, I have to give credit where credit is due. The biggest inspiration for my writing was my grandfather--someone who died before I was born. I met him in a dream. In fact, I've met more than one relative in a dream after they passed from this world, and it has given me tremendous hope for what lies beyond this life.
