Something About Me and My Book:: Tracy owns a motivational speaking and training company(Inspire Excellence Intl.) that speaks to inspire youth and professionals to overcome challenges of life to achieve their BIGGEST dreams.

Tracy is also a contributing author of the motivational book, Unleash the Vision Within You, and on track to publish his second book, A Conversation with America's Youth, by October 2007. This is a motivational conversation that will allow Tracy to use his gift of connecting with youth to inspire them to overcome their challenges and DREAM BIGGER.

Tracy has spoken over 40,000 high school and college students around the country. He is one of Americas most talented speakers in the area of personal development, leadership, and overcoming obstacles.

Tracy holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wabash College in Indiana as well as and M.Ed. in Counseling from Xavier Univerity in Ohio. Before starting his company in 2004, Tracy worked as a child and family therapist, child welfare caseworker, vocational counselor, and as an Academic Advisor for the University of Cincinnati.

Currently, Tracy lives in Cincinnati with his wife, and his two sons(5 and 2). Tracy is an avid reader, enjoys working out at the gym, and hanging with his family when he is not traveling.
