Something About Me and My Book:
Business coaching is more about people than business administration. From my practice many truths have "arrived."

A significant one is observable throughout our American culture. This observation led to the formulation of my next book, The Broken Social Contract.

The topic raises interest at events and seminars of mine. I am eager to complete the project and welcome any insights you have on cultural changes you observe between 1950-2011.

The content focuses on how American morés, pop culture, workplace dynamics and family life have shifted from basics to details and niche understandings. It emanates from my multi-generational research for marketing and HR management.

Thank you.

GENTLE RAINS

A TIME TO HEAL WITH GENTLE RAINS
THEIR SOUND IS SOFT AND SWEET
THEY HEAL A DEAD AND LONELY HEART
OR THOSE WHO FACE DEFEAT
THE SOFT CARESS OF RAIN DROPS
THE DEEPENED THUNDERS ROAR
I'LL LISTEN TO MY GENTLE RAINS
TILL I FEEL PAIN NO MORE

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for the add.

You can actually make a smoothie with anything. Think of V-8 juice, how nice and thick. I've got recipes in my book for whatever one has in their fridge (can use water and/or veggie juice as a base) and also one called Herbal Veggie. Most of the others are regular fruit smoothies with various greens added.

Blessing to you and yours,

Revvell

Hi Michelle, I was checking out your website and sorry about your dog. He was beautiful and I know how hard it must be to lose one. My sister lost hers last year. I have a fourteen year old Austrailain shepherd and I have a year old one. I got her after my ex husband lost his dog that was run over in front of him. She was my dogs puppy at nine years old and I figured since mine is getting on in years, I'd like to already have one that I love when I lose her. As much as I wish they could live forever, it won't happen. They are like family and so much company, especially when y ou live alone.

Anyway, welcome to the group here....I think this is a great idea and a way for us to meet so many others who love writing as much as we do. Shirley

Hi Michelle and welcome to this network! I agree that business, as well as most things is more about people and relationships -- that is always how I have run things, but unfortunately, it seems to have become a skill that needs to be taught, unfortunately -- When I have time, I am interested in checking out your site --
