I just received a form email from KDP informing me that my titles on the select program were also discovered being sold by about a half a dozen different outlets, including Kobo and Nook. They gave me the sites to check out, which actually is pretty cool that my books are so readily available now, but also informed me that I was not following the policy. Now, I absolutely do not want to piss off Amazon and it’s too late to have Smashwords remove all my titles from all the sites, so I figured…

Murder One: Author Robert Dugoni
Rebecca Han stood in front of Judge Myron Koslowski and received an oral reprimand in front of an entire courtroom. Preparing her case against a man noted for drug trafficking she hoped to be able to present evidence to lock him away for along time. What she did not expect is getting you might say blindsided by the legal system, red tape and judge who was unyielding. By the time all was said and done in the courtroom Rebecca Han knew…

I spent several hours learning how to format my previously published books into Kindle versions. One of these is When The Butterflies Flew Away, a novel about the work of art teacher Freidl Brandeis and the children she taught while in the concentration camp Terezin. Brandeis is one of my personal heroes. She went to Terzin with her suitcase full of art supplies with the goal of using art as therapy for the children there. She taught the children to draw and she encouraged them to…

Right now, as I sit inside my house and write this, it’s 75 degrees and beautiful sunshine here in Penssylvania. A perfect day. So, why am in front of my computer writing this blog post? Because that’s the only way I’m going to sell books. And if I sell enough books I can enjoy the nice days for the rest of my life. But I haven’t gotten to that point yet, so here I am making my presence known. Sometimes, I think I’m wasting away my life sitting in this office writing stories. Truth is, I…

Half a million visitors a year gawk at the open volumes displayed at Trinity College, University of Dublin, unable to believe it is the work of humans. The lavish, intricate, minute, illuminated art and calligraphy, overwhelms even the Holy Script.
When “evil thieves”…

Archie White the Hall of Fame baseball coach from West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia was a hell of a character outside of being a famous coach he loved his players and the opposing coaches. Archie didn’t necessarily get along all the time with either group but he respected them anyway.
One of Archie’s favorite competitors was Chase Riddle the baseball coach of the Troy University Trojans. As documented in Chase’ Riddle’s book by Bill Sanford, Archie and Chase were fierce…
