PurpleUmpkin- A new classic for Children

There is a little planet next to Pluto called PurpleUmpkin. We the folks that live there are Murples. We are the makers of Purples. It is a book for Children young and old. Parents and adults read it to Children when they are young, and about the age 5 or 6 and up, the Children read it back to parents. Writing Program Contract

I just got a contract to develop and conduct a 16-session fiction writing program for 5th and 6th grade GATE (Gifted) kids at a nearby school. My colleague and I have the program outlined, since it starts on the 21st, but I wondered if anyone had any cool ideas we might incorporate. I look forward to hearing from you!
