A group of words established by usage that has a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words known as idioms. Idioms are often full sentences. A miniature group of words typically forming a component of a clause is known as phrases. Phrases are usually made up of a few words and used as a grammatical unit in a sentence. Well, I've been on a roll lately. Winter days when I'm inside more energizes me to do projects I wouldn't otherwise do. Since the first of the year I've been making baby quilts. I've got another one almost done and want to do two more at least before I stop. I hear there will be some new arrivals in our family in 2015 so I want to be prepared.
