There seems to be growing interest in hyperlinking fiction. Most of the focus is on providing alternate endings or plot points, so that the reader can choose the shape of the book. That doesn't interest me. Frankly, I spend a lot of time figuring out where a book should go, and I'd prefer the reader follow along with my intention.
