Jen Nipps inspires a new blog

I occasionally check Jen Nipps's blog "Confessions of a Fat Chick" to see what she's got for her readers. Ever since Jen started this blog, I had an idea of my own that I've wanted to work on, but hesitated because I didn't want anyone to think I was ripping off her idea. Well, ideas are a dime a dozen, so I decided to move forward.

It's long been a complaint of mine that this world is too focused on those who want to lose weight and not enough on those of us who are trying to gain weight or maintain our current weight. Just like fat chicks have the body image and health issues they deal with, skinny chicks struggle with their own body image and health issues. I want to share some of those struggles with my readers.

I had to use the same template as Jen's because that is the only appropriate theme at wordpress, but I hope Blogger comes out with some new templates one day, because I hate how wordpress works.
