The Book Marketing Network

For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers

Sending out my ministry newsletter today, albeit a few weeks late, was a good sign. It means I'm back on track. Summer had its walks in the park, but for me it also had some major dry spells and storms. I launched a singing and speaking ministry and taught a few graduate classes, took a few day trips and one quick three-day trip to visit a good friend. I got some great ideas and then came the diversion. I'm fairly certain that part wasn't God's plan.

Joining the Book Marketing Network is another good sign. I spent the afternoon resuming my search for marketing strategies for Cafeteria Covenant: the Voice, the Choice, and the Challenge, because after six months with an entrepreneurial development group, I came back around to the realization that I really need to work on it.

But this is how life is. We learn that there's a part only we can play, and that the opposing team wants to put us out of the game for good. We learn that when we're doing well and we become a target, it means we're doing well. And hopefully we learn to listen to the coach a little more carefully.

Attached is the Livingwell Seed Co. newsletter for September. Be blessed!
