Something About Me and My Book:: Some have said "Cafeteria Covenant: the Voice, the Choice, and the Challenge," is about self esteem. While that is accurate, more than that, it is a call to the members of the body of Christ to stop dividing and start multiplying. In either case, readers have said they could not put this well-written quick read down. Written Summer 2012, the story begins as an autobiography and ends as an encouragement to scriptural relationships between believers. Dee Marvin Emeigh is a singer-songwriter, teacher and speaker with an MEd in Reading and TESOL.

Back in the Game

Sending out my ministry newsletter today, albeit a few weeks late, was a good sign. It means I'm back on track. Summer had its walks in the park, but for me it also had some major dry spells and storms. I launched a singing and speaking ministry and taught a few graduate classes, took a few day trips and one quick three-day trip to visit a good friend. I got some great ideas and then came the diversion. I'm fairly certain that part wasn't God's plan.
