For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers
I'd like to invite you to take a look at my book THE FANTABULOUS FENS, which was recently published bu ireadiwrite.com
I'm quoting about the book from the publisher's Facebook entry:
"This is one of the sweetest kids' stories I've read in a while. THE FANTABULOUS FENS is about a large Indian family; they're well behaved, intelligent, generous, artistic ... and some are animals! Your kids will love the characters and you will love the lessons and values it represents."
I have an impression there is a good deal in children's fiction that is bizarre or violent and aimed solely at getting a market without taking into consideration the subconscious long-term effects it can have on a child's mind. I think it's important that, while being entertaining, children's fiction should promote (without preaching, of course!) the right kind of values as well, and I hope THE FANTABULOUS FENS has succeeded in doing just that.
You may say that what is right and what is wrong is largely a relative matter. While that is partly true, the fact remains that all civilized societies are agreed on the sanctity of certain basic values --- like, for instance, loyalty and generosity.
THE FANTABULOUS FENS is currently available in the following stores:
