Create in Me Lord a Servant's Heart

CREATE IN ME LORD….A SERVANT’S HEART

Please I pray you Mighty Father remove the scales from my eyes.

Let me absorb every word I read in your book and Holy Spirit open my heart to receive.

May the words of my mouth reflect a kind and compassionate spirit.

Help me Lord to be a doer of your word and not merely a sayer.

Direct my thoughts each day on how to bring you Glory and carry myself in a way that pleases you.

To be diligent Lord to praise you and offer thanksgiving to you for all the wonderful things in my life.

Restore in me Jesus a joy for life and a zeal to live a life free from the strife and the cares of this world.

Kindle in me a heart that searches daily for you in prayer.

Create in me Dear Lord a servant’s heart….humble, compassionate and kind.

Give me the wisdom to deal with life’s tough questions.

Help to have a nature that respects people for who they are, not my selfish wishes for who I would prefer them to be.

Please put to rest in me a restless spirit, an anxious oppression that tends to tear down instead of build up.

Through all the tough times my life has offered, let each and every experience be looked upon as a growing experience.

When I look at the wealth I’ve accumulated, let me say that friends and family are the true wealth I’ve enjoyed in this life.

Father you look on the heart and I thank you for judging me through the blood of Jesus.

Where is happiness?  Have you stepped out of your comfort zone today and told someone that Jesus loves them and died to show them so.

Forgive me Jesus if I let a single day slip away and not thank you for your wonderful, selfless sacrifice for each of us.

Make me Holy Spirit aware of each and every person throughout my day that I can place a seed of Faith in their life.

If I’m not happy Lord it’s not because you haven’t equipped me for the trials of this life, thank you for the indwelling of your Mighty Holy Spirit.

Lord my prayer this day is….THANK YOU FOR THAT MANGER CHILD, KING JESUS THANK YOU FOR LOVING SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO IS NOT VERY LOVABLE, HOLY SPIRIT THANK YOU FOR FILLING THE VOID IN MY LIFE THAT ONLY YOUR DEVINE INTERVENTION COULD FILL AND THANK YOU FATHER FOR THE PLAN OF SALVATION  AND ALL HOPE….AMEN.
