Excerpt-DAILY REMINDERS

Sunrises represent a new day, and a new opportunity.  Although none of us are guaranteed tomorrow, each sunrise brings with it a guarantee of new challenges, chances, and constant reminders of the Almighty God’s presence and love that he has for us all.

Having faced a life saving surgery, I have come to understand and appreciate even more that everyday is a gift, and everyday is a blessing.  We need only the ability to recognize the many ways in which these gifts and blessings are presented so that they can be enjoyed and shared.
