John Reed To Release His Next Novel July 23rd!

   Bobby Duffy lives a fast lane life in Boston.  A former boxer and surfer, his life is envied by those around him. But Duffy is haunted by his string of former girlfriends who hurt, lied, used and screwed him over.  Years go by, and he still can’t forget, or forgive some of them.

When many of his ex’s start turning up dead – Duffy can’t seem to remember where he was during the times of the murders, which is strange as he never forgets ANYTHING! His prime suspect status leads to a life of misery, which he would like for forget – but he can’t! 

 John F. Reeds a club DJ, Book Author, and Music/Entertainment Journalist and had been a Music Correspondent at the Boston Globe newspaper for many years. His music reviews have appeared in such national publications as: The Boston Globe, Hear/Say Magazine, MTV/SonicNet, DISCoveries Magazine, Music-News, and a host of others.

John is also a Club Disc Jockey in the Boston, MA area and has performed at some of the hottest nightclubs on Lansdowne Street, the Financial District, Commonwealth Ave., and Faneuil Hall.  John is known by his nickname as "Boston's Bad Boy DJ".  He was also a Radio DJ and had a weekly show on WMFO FM.

“Another Lousy Day In Paradise” (Trestle) is Johns first full length novel.  He is also the co-author of the digital short story,” Winter Hill Exhumed” (Trestle).

John resides in Boston, just a few miles from his hometown of Waltham.
