Natural Disasters Lift Writer's Block

I wrote my book Realm of Hope in 7 days. Hurricane Ike left us with no electricity or contact with outside world. Every night during this time I had a dream that played out like a movie and the next day I went outside, sat on the patio and wrote down everything that I remembered. After the 7 days were up, I had a completed book.

This is my first novel and it goes wide release March 5 and I will be doing book signing around Arkansas. My Screenplay is now in the hands of Robert Gould-Film Producer (Gary's Walk). Wish me luck to see my dream of my book becoming a movie.

During a recent 3 day Ice Storm with no electricity or contact with the outside world, I sat by a roaring fire and candlelight and wrote my second book Realm of Hope:Assault on New Camelot. I am typing up the manuscript now and will be sending it to my Publisher in March.

I guess if another natural disaster happens, I will write the third book in the Trilogy
