I don't envision being too active and filling out my profile till my book is finished, and I'm being very active in Bob Doyle's 45 Day Boundless Living Challenge in another ning group right now.
Come on over and take a peek, leave a comment and tell all your friends to do the same! It will be posted until Aug. 7th.

im helping a client publish her fist book . I own an advertising/PR firm.. She originally wanted to self publish (which I feel comfortable helping her with) - but now is considering finding a publisher - and I simply don't have the connections at this point to guide her. I'm sure there are blog entries on this sight that deal with this subject- as I'm new, I would love some guidance as to where to start!!
Thanks,
CD
Anyone here do textbooks? I am currently taking on Goliath the publisher by refusing to sign a contract that will let them get away with 15% royalties on electronic editions; (not when Kindle will give me 35% and zanybooks.com--that's me, pays its authors 60%)
Bill,
Thanks, I received an email notice that you had made a friend request. When I get here, there's no such request from you. In the "sent" pile there's one picture of you, that includes "(withdraw)!" It looks as though that allows me to opt out of having you as a friend.
NO WAY! I saw some of your series on the publishing/marketing business, and would really like to have a way to bookmark it. What better way than to have you as a friend.
