Thanks for the warm welcome and the wonderful idea for this network. Just now getting my feet wet with the newer online networking, but can tell it should be both rewarding and fun.

Hi John, Okay, here is your stupid questions of the day. Somehow I have two sights going. . . don't ask, I have no clue how I pulled that off. How do I discontinue one and leave the other standing without eliminating the friends? Yikes, am feeling too stupid to live. Let me know if you have the answer, k?

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The blessings we ask for this season
Aren't the kind that come wrapped with a bow;
We're asking for gifts from the heart,
Ones we need and never outgrow.
May we see in these bright decorations
With their colors and lights all aglow,
The beauty and wonder of life
That God's world was created to show.
Let the peace and goodwill of this season
Be feelings that we can extend
Far into the following year
To our neighbors, our family, and friends.
Most of all, may we always remember
To open our hearts every day and share all the love and the joy
In a special and meaningful way.

Many thanks John. What a nice concept! Perhaps like-minded people with literary ambitions really can benefit from exchanging ideas and giving ecah other the occasional morale boosting support. I've self-published four books but more recently found a publisher for my latest book, Bad Hare Days. I hadn't even bothered to seek out a publisher for the first four as they were local angled works...in that situation one tends to do better financially from self-publishing...royalties on a thousand copies wouldn't amount to much but even after printing costs and other expenses are taken into account, one makes a tidy profit in my experience from paying a printer and distributing the copies toa few local outlets! I had to get a publisher for Bad Hare Days however because I reckoned it had international potential.

Thanks again for making something as beneficial to writers as the Marketing Networka reality!

Thanks for your welcome. I have been promoting my latest book, "Bader Field" trying to reach as many readers as possible because it is an important work that will help a great many people and create a huge wave of healing. I'm on lots of social sites, business sites, blogs, etc and am working on several novel (so to speak) approaches outside the box.
Best,
Carl
