Hi Terry,
Thanks for adding me! Your work seems very interesting. I'm newly published, so I'm out there in the deep end trying to re-learn how to swim. Silly me, I thought that the hard part was actually getting published; I never realized it was still more up hill afterwards. Oh, well, I'm having fun at it anyway!
Good luck in everything!

How exciting the work you do must be! I am very new to the book publishing industry (less than 2 mos. to be exact) and feel overwhelmed by the information and difficulty in finding an agent and publisher... but I'm learning and trusting God to lead me to the right contacts.
Thank you, Terry for your warm welcome! I spent hours and hours yesterday just going through the forum on the main page. I have bookmarked so many member pages and websites that my head is spinning. I am looking forward to reading your blog.
Hi Terry,
ABPA is a mix of membership -- a small group of mid-list and niche publishers, and a larger group of authors and would-be authors. The programs are often worth the price of admission - this year in particular we've had some impressive speakers including Marcella Smith from B&N, John Kremer himself :), and Dominique Raccah from Sourcebooks. PMA will be presenting a satellite publishing university in the fall. Should you be looking for clients/interested in speaking at some point, the author segment of our membership would probably love to hear from you.
Take care.

Hi Terry,
Thank you for the invite. I see you are located up the road in Scottsdale. Do you happen to be a member of Arizona Book Publishers Association? (next meeting is Tuesday, July 30th).
Hope to see you there.

Hi Terry,
I certainly have a looong way to go to come anywhere near yourself as an author. I am working on it though - and who knows? Many thanks for the invite
Yes, book signing can be very non-productive, even for celebrities, when publicity isn't well timed. Sorry it didn't click for you. I've signed at the Barnes and Noble in Rockefeller Center where five copies were posted with a poster in the window on Fifth Avenue. Lots of people attended. There are 1,000 other ways to market; all the best to you.
Thanks Terry for all the input. I certainly don't intend to let the vote pick my title but I wanted as much input as possible. I will definitely check out the lulu resource. that sounds fascinating.
Hi Terry, Nope, I'm not an ASJA member. Nice to meet you! Your book sounds like it's probably an improvement over what's been available in the past. I'll definitely take a look and recommend to my author clients. Blessings to you, Ceci
Thank you for signing up for my affiliate program. I'm confident about my Book Proposals That Sell and how it is helping people because of the continual feedback that I get about it. Glad to have you be a part of it.
I signed up for your program. I will put your book up on my Web site when I next meet with my Web master. I hope my writing clients, friends and visitors to my site will find your book helpful.
