Dream Away
By Cathy Hodgson
Who is to hear my song
I may think deep and long
I may sing a vacant tune
Something of impending doom
Who will listen a sparrow away
Who will give me light of day
Will someone stop sojourn awhile
Light my face with a smile
A crowd in the room, still all alone
Mind off to wonder often to roam
Travel I must to this fantasy land
Dancing footprints across the sand
Who will see that I am not here
No one to notice I have no fear
Tiptoe the mind back now in place
No one to miss me In this rat race
