Clicked one of your links and found your idea about adding extra time to your morning - and if you don't want to do this, writing out why exactly not. That's really good - have you written more on this notion?

Hey Rose.. Im behind on my email a bit, as I think you've also written to me via email...but to answer your question here...Yes..Ive written tons..and its also been an element of some of my courses..
