I'm glad to be aboard. Now who is selling books, and how are you doing it?
Let's share ideas.

Hello Jessica,

The Hidden History of Northern Virginia (The History Press) should be out in the Spring.

Chuck,
Is your book out yet? My book is fiction but it's set in northern Virginia so I enjoy reading about the area. Let me know where I can find it :)

While I'm here, thought I'd drop everyone a note that I have just kicked off a 2-week Virtual Book Tour to promote my book Shades of Gray: A Novel of the Civil War in Virginia (takes place in northern Va.). It has climbed to #1 on Amazon in the romance/historical/U.S. category and won numerous awards. For a list of Tour Stops, stop by my website at www.jessicajamesbooks.com.

Hi Chuck,
Places like Oatlands and Morven Park in Leesburg might carry it in their gift shops. Also the Aldie Mill - any of those touristy places that have gift shops and people wanting to learn more about the area.

Greetings!

I'm filling out the Marketing Questionnaire for my forthcoming book The Hidden History of Northern Virginia (The History Press) and would appreciate some help with potential non-traditional sales sites (as specific as possible). Independent book stores, non-book retail outlets, local events, special sales opportunities such as company promotions.

Thanks,

Chuck
