Vietnam veterans primarily, and it was published through the Vietnam
Veteran's Division of Education at Texas Tech University. We also set
up at Texas Tech a scholarship for one Montagnard student each year, to
study the history and culture of the Montagnards, in order to preserve
their memories for the future. It is called the Gerald Hickey
