Something About Me and My Book:: I published my first book - Perseverance (Forge Books) - in September 2009. I wrote Perseverance over the course of 4 years - while in college at Duke University. I graduated Duke in 2007 and began graduate school (PhD program in clinical psychology) at Harvard in the fall of 2008. I am also the founder and president of a non-profit organization! I am passionate about writing and look forward to publishing my second book :).

I am a blogger for the Huffington Post and Psychology Today. I also maintain a strong personal blog, A Beautiful RIpple Effect.

I look forward to connecting with this writing community!
