Tuesdays blog is normally the time I get to update people about up and coming radio show guests, some of the latest interviews and reviews and some weird news from Across the Pond.
NEWS:
I have started the last few weeks to make my Monday blog an interview with one of the young bloggers or as I now call them the… Continue

This isn’t exactly a newsletter...I will try and work on that for June-July. This is one of those mid-month notes. The kind where I stop everything because I have to tell you something, now!
As you all know, I made a promise a few years back to ‘tell the stories’...and I have been obedient in keeping my word. Almost every day I get my chance to tell somebody about the miracles Bill and I have shared.
But, the fact is I couldn’t wait to share this. What a crazy… Continue
I was recently approached by Jo Lindsell of Writers and authors and asked if I'd do an interview about my award-winning novel 'A Study in Red - The Secret Journal of Jack the Ripper' for their blog site. I was happy to do so and the interview is now online at http://writersandauthors.blogspot.com/
I'd love anyone to go along and take a look and perhaps leave a comment there.
I am making this the final day to purchase Life in Poetry and Prose for two dollars. This purchase may only be made on www.christianschaal.com. Tomorrow I will remove it. This book is absolutely worth your reading. The uniqueness it holds has been praised internationally. Many have already taken advantage of this incredible offfer. I hope you will too. Twenty-six pages (a small portion) of the book are available… Continue

As anybody who has read me reviews interviews or heard my comments on either my own radio program or where I have been a guest, you will know I am a great believer in what I call the "Small Blogger". These are the people who read, write and live books are as one blogger brilliantly put it the other day... "The 'sham wow' of Teen/YA literature".
Today my special guest is Zoe from Zoe's Book Reviews…
After getting feedback in my Gotham Short Story class on a story I've been working on, I edited the piece and have now sent it off to two literary mags for their consideration.
It seems like there are more literary mags that now charge for reading submissions, but I'm sticking to those that don't. Mags like the North American Review and the Gettysburg Review have been around a long time, and have published well established authors as well as writers new to the small press scene.… Continue

On June 1st I am posting chapter one of a narrative work. Each week I will be adding a new chapter. Please leave a comment and you will be added into a book drawing. At times I will mix it up with gift certificates.
Hope to see you here...

Recently I have felt God calling me to undertake a new ministry, a ministry that would bless christian authors. The idea for His Helping Hands has been forming in my mind and I have been slowly implementing the idea. The first action I took was to create a social network specifically for christian authors and those who love reading christian books (both fiction and nonfiction). Click the link to check out the site… Continue

I finished the book yesterday and would love to get some extra background. How much of the book and the societies are real? Obviously the places are and the more famous personalities. Your characters were very believeable and the plot was riveting. There were alot of twists and turns that kept the reader guessing all the way through. Great first novel, I'll be interested in reading more of your work.
