Beneath the shadow

of the Great Shepherd's staff,

in the green lushness of Life's plateau,

my spirit continues to laugh.

Despite the dumbness of this sheep

For authors who are elated by Google’s action to digitize all out-of-print books and pay out royalties it is, of course, a welcomed development. Despite the challenges by others who fear Google’s power, the concept of out-of-print digitization is here to stay.

Unfortunately, for those authors and their copyright heirs who see themselves as potential financial beneficiaries, I would suggest they don’t break out the champagne.

Unmerited favor of God

flows continually

and without interruption,

when you are a child of His.

His Love for us is...

Unquestionably unconditional;

however, His Grace is not.

Grace and Love are not equivalent -

We must not endeavor

to confuse these concepts.

I will be doing two book signings in Virginia. The first is October 17, 2009 at 880 N Military Circle in Norfolk from 3-6. The second will be at South Park Mall in Colonial Heights November 7, 2009 from 2-8. Both at Urban Knowledge Bookstores.
